In one of our many keying departments, we employ over 2,000 operators. Keydata Services Ltd. is one of the largest Data-Entry Companies in the World. In each keying department, you can see our operators keying and our supervisors, who continually check and verify the operators work. This procedure is to ensure that the operators completely understand what they have to key and maintain our high quality standard.

A lot of the projects still arrive in its original format (such as coupons). Our mail sorting house opens all the envelopes, sorts out the various formats for each projects and batches them up to be passed on to our supervisors.
One of our keying department is our 'Audio Transcription" department. We have vast experience in keying from vox/wav files. Our operators are trained to key anything from simple Names/Addresses up to complicated medical transcriptions.
