Response Handling:

Our office in Haslingden, Lancashire is equipped to handle small and
large volume of incoming mail. These can be responses to promotions
or competitions, completed questionnaires or undelivered mailings (goneaways).
We can provide you with PO Boxes or you can use our Haslingden address.
All incoming responses are opened , sorted, scanned and counted.
A daily or weekly report is sent to the client so that they are always
informed how well their project is performing.
Once scanned the responses are bagged in special bags and
confidentially shredded after an agreed storage period.


Data capture:

Keydata Services Limited provide all different kinds of data capture:
-straightforward manual data capture from hardcopies, microfiche,
microfilms and scanned images
-scanning, OCR, formatting, editing, proofreading and spell checking
-data searching, coding, indexing and mining
-document markup using HTML, SGML, USMARC or client specified
conventions
-analysis and abstraction of key information

We do not use off-the-shelve software solutions.
Our in-house programmers create for each new
project customer-specified programmes.
